New Modular Construction
Pre-construction planning is the starting point for any successful project. MBA can assist you with building design from siding to floor covering, site development from utilities to parking lot, and approvals from building inspection to state agencies.

New Standard Stock

Stock buildings are the lowest price-per-square foot for new modular construction because these floors fill the line between custom projects. By using off-the-shelf materials and pre-approved drawings from state agencies, new standard stock provides the space you need at an affordable price.
Standard stock buildings are typically divided into either office designs or classroom buildings.
Typical office designs begin with two modules forming a 24 x 56 four office building with two restrooms and open interior. By adding additional interior floors, a building could be expanded and expanded. You can have up to thirteen new stock office modules together before you need to address fire sprinklers.
Classroom buildings typically start with a two classroom 24 x 64 design. MBA is promoting an expandable education wing design that allows construction of a common walkway as additional classrooms are added.


Used Buildings For Sale
http://www.ModularResale.com is our web page showing all our used inventory currently available. MBA owns some of these buildings, but other structures might be owned by a church, business, school, etc. MBA assists in the re-marketing and relocation of these buildings.
Do you have a used building for sale?
MBA can either provide turn-key re-marketing services or offer you space on our FSBO web page. With our turn-key service, MBA handles all marketing, contracts, contracting required to dismantle the building, transportation to relocate the building to the buyer’s site, and installation for buyer.
If you want to handle all these aspects of the modular sales process, then http://www.FSBOmodular.com is the site for you. Our listing fee is either $1,500.00 per month for a month to month listing, $3,000.00 for a three month listing, or $5,000.00 for a six month commitment. With a FSBO listing, MBA builds the pages and lists you as the contact person to you handle all other aspects of the sale process.

Quick Response
The decision to install two prefabricated buildings or portables to add 4 new classes to our campus was made very quickly and Dallas International School had to find a company that could oversee the whole project from start to finish . . . Modular Building Associates obtained the necessary permits very quickly and coordinated all the contractors in a very efficient manner.
We also appreciated the daily presence of MBA on the site which enabled them to respond quickly to our requests for last minute changes and to give us advice when we needed it. This success is all the more notable because the weather was not always cooperating and DIS was witnessing growing anxiety among its parent community as the beginning of classes was getting nearer.
Were Dallas International School to consider launching a similar project, we would definitely consider working with Modular Building Associates again.
